The Lacy brothers, Garland (left), Ted (center) and Chester, right, unveiled a monument Sunday afternoon honoring their brother, fallen Clay City Police Chief Randy Lacy. The unveiling came after a memorial ride of over 100 vehicles from Louisville to Stanton was held to raise money to build the Randy Lacy Memorial FOP Lodge.
