An early morning fire last Saturday caused severe smoke and fire damage to a trailer at 287 Second Avenue in Clay City. According to Clay City Fire Chief Richard Rogers no one was home at the time of the fire and the blaze is under investigation, though the fire does not look to be suspicious.
