The Estill County Grand Jury indicted Bruce Hartley Friday for the murder of Angel Riddell on Jan 5. She was shot to death while sitting in a vehicle on Patsy Road. They also indicted Phillip Abney for tampering with physical evidence and hindering prosecution. He allegedly drove Harttley away from the scene of the crime.(Click Local News for story)
